Staff Development & Training
Universities Australia is working with the LH Martin Institute for Higher Education Leadership and Management to ensure that continuing professional development opportunities are available to the sector. Universities Australia and the LH Martin Institute jointly offered activities in the second half of 2008 as part of a transition arrangement. From 2009, short professional development courses and conferences will be offered through the LH Martin Institute and Universities Australia encourages university staff to consider these activities when assessing their staff development needs and plans.
